Would not you want to visit the beautiful temples? There is this Chidambaram temple which is dedicated to – God Siva and Lord Nataraja. Built by Chola dynasty, this ancient temple has paid its devotion to the art form of Bharatanatyam. Spread across 40 acres of land, it has gopuram on each of its side. The temple has been distinguished by five courts.

The most ideal place of retreat to your body and peace to your soul is Kalvarayan Hills. There is nicely adorned botanical garden. Its major highlights are two waterfalls where you are allowed to take a bath. It is considered to be a good location for trekking as well.
