Bir is a small and scenic village located in Kangra district in the state of Himachal Pradesh. One of the lesser-visited places in the tourist state, Bir is a notable centre for spiritual studies and meditation which makes it one of the best to welcome the spring. Kasauli is a small and charming cantonment in the Solan district in the state of Himachal Pradesh. Located in the lower Himalayan foothills at an altitude of 1800 metres, Kasauli sees pleasant weather and literally blooms up during the spring. The place is easily accessible, situated 57 kilometers northeast of Chandigarh and 70 kilometres southwest of Shimla. Kasauli held a prominent place during the time of British Raj and it clearly reflects in the architecture and overall environment of the place. 07. Valley of Flowers

It requires a 17 kilometers trek from the base of Govind Ghat to reach the top which is at an altitude of around 3500 meters.
