Places to visit in July in India

It’s the time of the year again; the peak season to travel to India will begin in almost one month, i.e., in July. I am excited to visit one of these places in the country, or maybe all if I purchase a custom tour package for India. Are you also scheduling a trip to India in July? Do you want to know the places to visit in July in India? Then read till the end.

Kerala: After researching Kerala, looking at photos and other travel blogs, the only thing that came to my mind was “beautiful.” There’s no question why it’s naturally beautiful and called the God’s Own Country. I would personally recommend enjoying its backwaters in a houseboat, especially if you are with your spouse. Trust me; you will never forget the experience.

Mahabaleshwar: The usual idea of Mahabaleshwar is temples. If you also think I will clear your misunderstanding, I experienced the natural beauty, foggy weather, and fragrance of greenery with my husband, and we had a romantic time there. We even had a blast trekking.

Kodaikanal: The next place on my list is related to the Queen, which is the Princess of Hill Stations, Kodaikanal; another lovely place in Tamil Nadu is an ideal romantic escape, especially in July when the monsoon adds to its natural beauty. That was when I visited it for the first time in 2012.

Udaipur: Udaipur has many different names, including the City of Lakes and the most romantic city of Rajasthan (maybe the most romantic place in India). The city welcomed me with open arms, and I witnessed hospitality. The location is known for lakes and boat rides, but I liked the history and heritage the most.

Agumbe: I heard it first that the beauty of Agumbe gets a 10x makeover in July (monsoon season) but didn’t believe it. Then I experienced it last year when I visited Karnataka. I loved the trekking as I saw the various mountains and lush valleys. Overall, a must-visit place in India.

Agumbe

Valley of Flowers: This place feels like heaven on earth. This national park in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand has a rich biodiversity, from flowers and plants to animals and birds. This place refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated me for my next trip.
